Gelatin Gummies

Are you wanting to improve your immunity or the immunity of your kids? I have been making these gelatine gummies for 5 years now. It takes you 15-minutes once a week. They will help strengthen the lining of your gut.

  • I cup frozen berries

  • 2/3 cup lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp beef gelatin (I use Vital Proteins)

Heat frozen berries, lemon juice and maple syrup until bubbling. Blend in a blender until smooth and cool for a minute. Add beef gelatin and blend again. Pour immediately into small molds and refrigerate for an hour. Then pop out the gelatin gummies and store in airtight container for up to a week. This recipe is simple and delicious!
