For the last five years I have invested in healthy cooking and had lots of fun using some fantastic cookbooks out there to guide the way. However I was still scrambling and finding the whole meal prep stressful since I did not have a plan.


One year ago I invested in a meal plan software and it has changed how I feel about my kitchen. Now I have a great plan every week and lots of diversity. These meals are nutritious and easy to make. Then it’s a quick stop at the grocery store and voila!


Now I can relax and enjoy my family and enjoy the outdoors. Planning meals can take up so much time and if there isn’t a plan you are losing precious hours. What I have liked about this meal plan is that the meals are balanced nutritionally and are enjoyed by all family members. Nutritional deficiencies can lead to many diseases and so by eating meals that include a variety of foods you are ensuring your needs are met. Also in order to keep your hormones happy you will need to eat a variety of whole foods. By choosing a diet rich in vitamins, minerals, healthy fats and protein you can build a strong and vibrant body.
